Dispatch timeframes:

We aim to pick, pack & dispatch within 1-2 NZ business days. All of our products are in stock (unless noted Out Of Stock). We ship out from our Auckland and Melbourne based fulfilment centres.

Courier timeframes

For New Zealand deliveries we use the Post Haste network. Please expect delivery 2-3 business days after dispatch. Longer for Rural addresses

For Australian deliveries we use the AusPost eParcel Express network. Please expect delivery 2-3 business days after dispatch. Longer for Rural addresses

For International deliveries we use the DHL network. This can take 10-15 working days depending on your location.

We are only able to ship to countries in the DHL worldwide network. If your country is not within this network, we are unfortunately unable to ship to you. More info:

Customs, duties, taxes, or other fees may apply to your shipment. These can sometimes be charged by a local govt or other (usually) customs related authority. If a fee is charged, this needs to be paid by you.

We do not cover any duties or taxes

Some countries have "de deminimis" thresholds/laws, if your order falls below this threshold you may be able to receive into your country without additional fees.

It is up to you to check & understand this threshold and any rules prior to payment

Where's my tracking link? 

You will receive a tracking link via email automatically once we've picked & packed your shipment.

What happens with the customs fee I got charged? 

If you are charged a legitimate customs fee, you may need to pay this to release your parcel. Please be careful as there are some similar-sounding SMS scams going around.

I got a txt/SMS to my phone saying my DHL parcel needs a customs tax/fee paid, do I need to pay this?

This is likely a scam. 

We do not send these messages via SMS. We also will never request credit card payment action via a link in SMS.
