We aim to pick, pack & dispatch within 1-2 business days within NZ working hours. All of our products are currently being shipped from our Auckland based fulfilment centre.
All products currently are physically in stock at our Auckland location, and shipped by our own staff.

Customs, duties, taxes, or other fees may apply to your shipment. These can sometimes be charged by a local govt or other (usually) customs related authority. If a fee is charged, this needs to be paid by you. We do not cover any duties or taxes.
Some countries have "de deminimis" thresholds/laws, if your order falls below this threshold you may be able to receive into your country without additional fees. It is up to you to check & understand this threshold and any rules prior to payment.
Shipping fees on our website
For checkouts NZD$70.00 and above, we charge FREE ($0.00) worldwide shipping. We are only able to ship to countries in the DHL worldwide network, if your country is not on the DHL worldwide, we are unable to supply to you.
Orders below our free shipping threshold will have set fees per country which are automatically calculated in cart, based on your input delivery address. Not all countries are available destinations.

You will receive a tracking link via email automatically once we've picked & packed your shipment.
What happens with the customs fee I got charged?
If you are charged a legitimate customs fee, you may need to pay this to release your parcel. Please be careful as there are some similar-sounding SMS scams going around.
I got a txt/SMS to my phone saying my DHL parcel needs a customs tax/fee paid, do I need to pay this?
This is likely a scam.
We do not send these messages via SMS. We also will never request credit card payment action via a link in SMS.
If you receive something you are not sure about, please take a screenshot on your phone, and contact us with screenshot attached to check it for you.
