We use fully natural and quality FDA approved safe ingredients in our lipsticks so you will not find any parabens, coal tar, carmine, mineral oils or triclosan in our products. Absolutely not! Karen Murrell have never and will never test on animals - we do not support animal testing. We check all our ingredients right back to trace ingredients/sources, we have a cruelty-free manufacturing process and we have full policies with our manufacturing lab regarding animal testing.

Our lipsticks do not contain any coal tar. We use Mica and Iron Oxide which are natural pigments and FDA safe/approved ingredients.
We can confirm that whilst there are no individual Ingredients that contain gluten, we cannot guarantee if any ingredients have not been processed in a plant that produces gluten based products. As many suppliers don’t test for gluten it is difficult to confirm categorically, therefore we would advise for you to consult your doctors.

Our shipping charges are as follows:
New Zealand: $6 tracked shipping
Australia: $10 standard shipping, $15 tracked shipping
Rest of the world: $15 standard shipping, $20 tracked shipping
Free shipping on orders over $100
Orders are usually processed within 2 working days once received. You will receive an email confirming that your order has been shipped. We use NZ Post for our deliveries, estimated shipping times are as follows:
New Zealand: 2-3 working days
Australia: 7-10 working days
Rest of the world: 10-15 working days
Please note Karen Murrell or NZ Post are not held responsible if a parcel is stolen, lost or damaged after your parcel is delivered to your physical address. Our insurance covers the item only up to the point of delivery.
All New Zealand deliveries include tracking and the number should be included in the shipping confirmation email you'll receive when the items are sent out.
International orders do not include tracking by default unless you have specifically chosen to upgrade your shipping options at the time of purchase, in which case the tracking number will also be included in the shipping confirmation email to you.
